Francesca Don Angelo is a Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Top Global Investors. Prior to joining the group, She was the Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Galaxy Digital. she was a Managing Director, Managing Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at BNY Mellon, where she advised the company on securities, corporate governance and board matters. Previously, she was a lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in the corporate finance and financial institutions group where she advised companies on capital markets transactions, corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, regulatory and stock exchange compliance and general corporate law. She began her career as a Financial Analyst in Investment Management at Goldman Sachs. Francesca received a B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

Richard Kim is a Director in the Principal Investments Group at Top Global Investors. He has over a decade of experience in finance and law. Prior to joining the group, he was Chief Operating Officer for Foreign Exchange at Goldman Sachs and Chief Operating Officer for Emerging Markets at JP Morgan. Previously, he was a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at JP Morgan and an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Luka Jankovic is Head of Research and a Portfolio Manager focusing on liquid macro trading at Top Global Investors, He also served the same position at Galaxy Digital. He is experienced in digital assets and blockchain technology, having researched, traded, and mined assets since 2012. His skill set includes trading, economics, data science, machine learning, modeling, and valuation. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the Hedge Fund Strategies group focusing on macro, quantitative, and commodity strategies. He completed his Master’s degree in Behavioral Finance at Cornell University, where his thesis analyzed trading behavior in dynamic market systems. He holds a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University, where he graduated summa cum laude in three years.

Paul Cappelli is a Portfolio Manager in Top Global Investors, Prior to joining us, he was a portfolio manager at Galaxy Digital Capital Management. he was also a Director of Fixed Income at State Street Global Advisors. Previously, he was a Director in High Yield at Oppenheimer. Paul has also held positions in Fixed Income Sales and Trading at Citigroup and Foreign Exchange at HSBC. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.

Joe McGrady is a Managing Director and Head of Operations at Top Global Investors, he was the Director of Operations and Investor Relations at ParkRiver Fund Solutions. Previously, he was the Director of Operations at Ospraie Management and an Associate at UBS. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University.

Marc Zeitouni is a Director and Head of Product at Top Global Investors. He managed the global electronic trading system at Tower Research Capital for 3 years, covering market access, order, execution, and position management systems across 150 venues and all asset classes. Previously, Marc spent 7 years at Bloomberg LP, where he started as a Software Developer then as the Head of Commodity and FX Trading engineering and product teams, building and launching the system from the ground up to 3,000+ clients.

Ethan Johnson is Interim Chief Information Security Officer at Top Global Investors. Prior to joining the Group, he was a Security Engineer at Digital Asset Holdings and helped build their information security program from the ground-up. Previously he held various information security and technology roles at Bridgewater Associates, and began his career as a Software Engineer at Syncsort Inc. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut.

Donna Milia is a Senior Advisor. She previously served as the group's Chief Financial Officer until September 2019. Prior to joining Top Global Investors, she previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BlackRock Capital Investment Corporation, a public company listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market (BKCC). Previously, she spent ten years at BlackRock as a Managing Director responsible for the Finance, Tax, and Accounting Groups. Prior to BlackRock, she spent six years at The Millburn Corporation in the Accounting Group and three years as an auditor with Grant Thornton LLP. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University and is a CPA.

Michael Herman is a Managing Director and Head of Trading, Top Global Investors. Prior to joining the firm, he amassed twenty-five years’ experience in Asian markets. Michael was a Founder at Hermosa Advisory (an Asia Focus cross-border deal origination consultancy), Head of Toji Trading Taiwan (uniquely, a foreign-owned Taiwan securities company), and spent sixteen years at Susquehanna International Group. Michael ran the Japan FX & Interest Rate derivatives desk in a Susquehanna-Bank of New York joint venture, spearheaded major regulatory and governance reforms on the TAIFEX while in Taiwan, and more recently co-founded Pyx Partners, a regulatory and market-access specialist in crypto and blockchain. He holds a B.A. in International Relations and Japanese from Connecticut College.

Lindsay Tragler is a Director of Investor Relations and Business Development for Top Global Investors. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Investor Relations at Ellington Management Group. In this role, she was responsible for generating new business and servicing institutional clients. Prior to Ellington, she was an Associate at Oaktree Capital Group. She holds a B.A. in History from Claremont McKenna College.
