Simon is a partner of Bowmark and a member of the Investment Committee, and head of the firm’s portfolio management and value creation team.

Prior to Bowmark, Simon was a senior portfolio director at Lloyds Development Capital. Before that, he spent nearly 20 years as an advisor, initially at KPMG before moving to Deloitte. At Deloitte, Simon was a partner and head of regional corporate advisory, a business he established in 2005 to advise mid-market privately-owned and private-equity backed businesses across the UK regions.

Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. He holds a degree in money, banking and finance from The University of Birmingham.
