Stephen is a partner of Bowmark and a member of the Investment Committee. He also leads the firm’s Technology practice. Since joining the firm in 2014, Stephen has been involved in a number of investments, and he sits on the boards of Node4, ASK4 and Focus Group.

Prior to joining Bowmark, Stephen was a principal at mid-market private equity firm, Darwin Private Equity, where he worked on investments in the Technology, Financial Services and Consumer sectors. Previously, he worked in corporate finance at Citigroup and KPMG. He has a degree in management sciences from Manchester Business School.
